Overview

The St. Pete Help Desk provides technology support to students, faculty, staff, and guests on the USF St. Petersburg campus. The Help Desk can be contacted to request service or to report a problem. Support is provided in-person, over the phone, and remotely. We offer a collection of knowledge articles that can be used to learn more about the services we provide and to find solutions to common problems.
