Ceremony Schedule

Summer 2024 Commencement is scheduled for August 3, and will be held at the Yuengling Center on the Tampa campus for students from all three USF campuses. 

SATURDAY, AUGUST 3

9:00 a.m. – Master’s, educational specialist and doctoral degree recipients from all colleges: Arts and Sciences, Behavioral and Community Sciences, Muma College of Business, Education, Engineering, Patel College of Global Sustainability, Graduate Studies, Marine Science, Morsani College of Medicine, Nursing, Taneja College of Pharmacy, Public Health and The Arts

1:30 p.m. – Bachelor’s degree recipients from the colleges of Behavioral and Community Sciences, Muma College of Business, Education, Nursing and Public Health

6:00 p.m. – Bachelor’s degree recipients from the colleges of Arts and Sciences, Engineering, and The Arts and the Office of Undergraduate Studies

Participation at Commencement is not required and all eligible graduates will receive their diplomas in the mail approximately six to eight weeks after the end of the semester.

REGISTRATION

Registration will be available the week of June 17 and will close on July 19, providing students ample time to register to attend. Your registration confirmation email is proof of eligibility to attend Commencement for visa purposes to allow your overseas guests to attend. Please note that attending USF Commencement is not required and students receive diplomas in the mail approximately six to eight weeks after the end of the semester regardless of whether or not they attend a ceremony. 

GUEST REGISTRATION AND TICKETS

There are no tickets required for guests to attend Commencement and no limit on how many guests each graduate may bring. Ceremonies are livestreamed via the USF YouTube channel for those guests who are unable to attend
