Request a Presentation

If you are interested in having our professional staff present a program to your group or organization, please complete a request form.

Please be aware that the Wellness Center staff may not be able to accommodate all outreach program requests.
Our ability to respond to outreach requests may be impacted by factors such as current demand for services and availability of staff to present on a given topic.
Please submit a request at least two weeks before your intended date and note that we do not staff requests late night (after 8 pm).
