Insurance Billing & Payment Information

If you have health insurance, the Wellness Center can bill your insurance company directly for covered services. In addition, you will not have to pay a copay for the visit. We accepts many health insurance plans so make sure to bring your card (or copy of your card) with you to your appointment.

If you provide the Center with insurance information but do not want your insurance billed for a specific service, be sure to let our staff know you want to “self-pay” when you check out.

If you do not have health insurance, the Wellness Center accepts Visa or MasterCard for payment of charges that are due. We can also places charges on your OASIS account (please be aware that the Oasis system no longer accepts Visa for payment and there is a charge associated with paying Oasis online). We do not accept cash payments.
