Bloodborne Pathogens
Policy
The purpose of this policy is to reduce workplace exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) to prevent the transmission of human bloodborne pathogens (BBP) such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus, and hepatitis C virus.
Forms
The declination form is for those who would like to decline vaccination while the consent form is for those who like to receive the vaccination.
