About
Snowbird is USF St. Petersburg’s first campus comfort dog. He was trained by Dogs Inc., formerly known as Southeastern Guide Dogs, to be a facility therapy dog, which means he provides comfort, support and therapeutic benefits. Snowbird lives with his handler, Ofc. Mark Lickenfelt, and is available to all USF St. Petersburg students, faculty and staff.

Availability
Snowbird and his handler have a busy and varied scheduled and try to be available as often as possible. If you would like Snowbird to attend your event, or if you or your classmate or colleague are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, please fill out the request form for Snowbird’s services.
If your need is urgent, contact the University Police Department at 727-873-4444 at any time.
