Welcome
The Opportunity and Access PATHe Advisor works directly with community organizations, nonprofits, and community events to create awareness for Pinellas County students and families on their options for higher education. The Opportunity and Access Advisor is available for tailored presentations, tabling at community events, and 1:1 sessions with students and families.
Partnerships
The Pinellas Access to Higher Education (PATHe) Team are available for college preparation presentations throughout the county. Presentations are tailored based off of your group’s needs, from the length of the session, the grade levels of the participants, and the topics covered. See our Menu of Services below to learn more about how the PATHe Team can come to your space and present on a variety of topics.
PINELLAS ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION: PRESENTATION MENU OF SERVICES
45- MINUTE SESSION
• 30-minute presentation and activity
• 15 minutes for questions
Middle School College Prep: All about what you can do in middle school to start to prepare for life after high
school.
9th Grade College Prep: All about building good habits, rigorous courses, types of post-secondary education,
and self-advocacy.
10th Grade College Prep: Talking through testing, the 16-core courses, major and career exploration, and life
after high school.
11th Grade College Prep: How to build your resume, pathways after high school, testing, scholarships, and
more.
PATHe: SPC to USF St. Petersburg: All about the pathway from SPC to USF St. Petersburg campus.
