Parking Revenues and transportation access fee 

The State of Florida does not provide funding for university parking programs. Instead, revenues earned from parking permit sales, citation fees, and the transportation access fee are used to pay for parking and transportation infrastructure, operations, and services. Services include access to motorist assistance and public transportation through the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA).
