Oversees the active recruitment process and consults with hiring managers, provides expertise and support. Responsible for the pre-employment process including background screening and onboarding of new team members. Provides support to other areas of human resources as needed.

Liaison to initiate and coordinate actions such as: recruitment, position classification requests, employee performance, time and attendance, data analysis, employee relations, payroll and compensation requests, departmental onboarding and exiting employees. Interprets and ensures compliance for HR regulations, policies and procedures. Liaison between employees/managers of a business unit / division, central human resources function, and other USF business units both academic and administrative to complete projects and tasks.
