Interprets and ensures compliance for HR regulations, policies and procedures. Liaison between employees/managers of a business unit / division, central human resources function, and other USF business units both academic and administrative to complete projects and tasks.

Manages submission of appointments, update job descriptions, complete and submit classification and compensation requests, payroll review and certification, and attendance & leave. Facilitates annual and probation performance reviews, assists with employee relations. Assist other departments as needed.
