Liaison to initiate and coordinate actions such as: recruitment, position classification requests, employee performance, time and attendance, data analysis, employee relations, payroll and compensation requests, departmental onboarding and exiting employees. Interprets and ensures compliance for HR regulations, policies and procedures. Liaison between employees/managers of a business unit / division, central human resources function, and other USF business units both academic and administrative to complete projects and tasks.

Responsible for managing the recruitment process to include screening, offer letters, and the onboarding process. Manages submission of appointments, update job descriptions, complete and submit classification and compensation requests, payroll review and certification, and attendance & leave. Facilitates annual and probation performance reviews, assists with employee relations. Assist other departments as needed.

HR representative for Student Success. Provides support for appointment changes, recruitment, and payroll processes. Primary contact for student appointments, timesheets, and basic payroll questions. Handles full-time personnel actions and serves as leave coordinator, while providing backup for full-time recruitments, non-student appointments, and stipends or other non-hourly-wage payments.
