This degree program offers four unique concentrations for students to further their studies in. They include:

management
  • Aging Services Management Concentration, which provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain entry-level positions and to succeed in the field of aging services.
  • HR Management Concentration, which develops in students an understanding of the different functions encompassed within HR such as managing compensation, benefits, training and development, recruitment, staffing, employee retention, performance evaluation and employment law.
  • Project Management Concentration, which in addition to a focus on project management, emphasizes negotiation and conflict resolution and organizational management.
